I had a defective remote control unit. I called & received a new unit. Next billing I was charged $15 shipping. I am being charged a huge amount to ship a light weight item plus, it was their defective item. I do not own it. I was advised I had not taken out insurance to cover this. First, that is a scam & why should I insure something that is not mine?
