My husband and I ordered a free trial of the Advanced African Mango Pills and the Metaburn on 23rd Jan. We were charged the nominal fees (around $10 each for both products) and we thought it was a 1 off fee and we could re order if we were happy with the product. I checked my credit cards today 15th Feb and realised we have been charged $179.27 each and this is now going to be an ongoing monthly subscription, and we havent even received the products. I called my bank Westpac and they are well aware of the scam. They told me to write to the company via email to cancel my subscription and they gave me a number I could call - I did call them on 61731886691 (in dont know where this office isthe phone call will probably cost me a fortune) and they did locate our order and they cancelled my subscription over the phone and they gave me cancellation numbers to verify this. They also said they would send me an email to verify the cancellation of the subscriptions. I then sent them an email confirming everything that was said in the phone conversation and that if I was charged any further my bank would be notified to start recovering my money. We are still very upset that we have been charged this 1st month subscription of$179 each ($91.92 for the african mango and $82.13 for the metaburn foreign transaction fees). I would love to be paid that money back if possible - i hope we all have a chance:)
