In February I ordered a free trial of African Mango and MetaBurn. When I still had not received my order 10 days later I called them and I actually spoke to someone. The next day I got an email confirming that my order had been shipped and that my trial period was extended as had been said over the phone.
By March 10. I still had not received anything so I wrote them another mail asking for a tracking number and for a confirmation of the cancellation of my subscription.
As of today April. 1 I discovered that my credit card had been charged with $179 on March 20. I still have not received the items ordered nor have i gotten an answer to my last email. Today I have sent another mail where I inform the company that I will report them to the Norwegian authorities for fraud.
I do not know if that will help but it is worth a try.
