Procleaner came up in my e-mail and told me i had 16,000., approx critical up dates that needed to be cleaned the only way to do that was to buy their product for 29.99 and that would fix everthing would run better and clean my files, and overview my account. I agreed. Then he said it was too infected and they would have to charg me 400.00 to fix my computer. I told no i could not do that, and i could go and buy another computer for that kind money. He responeded that it would transfer over to my new divice because the problem was in my lines. I told him over and over no! No! I will buy another pc. Before i would spend that kind of money. He kept going on and on about how he could bring the price down, and i told him no again. I finally hung up and he was still yelling at me your pc will crash, and i knew that couldn't happen because i had a very good virus protection with esset or nod 32. Finally i was so frustrated i hung up. But i was worried that my pc would crash. It didn't, called my pc protection the next day and he informed me that no-one would breakthrough with esset was installed and up to date. I asked him why would they do this, he said they get complaints against this product. Sorry you have been scammed. Esset called me the next day and they had gone through and nothing had been changed the scan the ran yesterday to todays scan.
