Ripoff dissappearing credits think they are above the law

I cancelled Verizon because I couldn, t hear anyone. I signed on thinking I would have less problems than Cingular. Not. I had to stand in my backyard to make a call. I cancelled within the detailed trial period (Extended by verizon due to poor service/dropped calls) after trying their idea to try a different phone. I shipped back the phones as told. Verizon confirms they did receive the phones on 2/20/06. I spent at least twenty five hours on the phone since trying to get my $299.99 back that I paid for the phone. I have talked to at least fifteen employees, about half of those were supervisors. Each incident with a supervisor I was told I would receive a return phone call. I only received one return call, and that was to ask all the same questions again. This also ultimately got me nowhere.

I filed suit against them, had them legally served, and they never replied to the suit. They act as if they are above the law. I have yet to hear from them three weeks after the case was decided in my favor. I will exercise any and all means to have this cost as much as possible. This will include contempt and garnishment.

I must say that all employees I talked to were very polite and appolagetic. It must be a circular file the complaints get filed in.
