Found unauthorized charge on my debit account. Spent over an hour trying to talk to someone. Finally found another phone number online and called it. After about an hour I was told no charges were in their system to my debit card number. The girl tried all the numbers that were on my statement and she said there was nothing there but yet here I am with the charges. I have to go to the police department now and file a complaint so that my credit union can reimburse me (if they can)
