I have no idea how these people do it, but I checked my bank account and found there had been 16 transactions to MICROSOFT *XBOX LIVE BILL. XBOX.com. I don't own an XBox, I have no children and have never even been to their site until I saw these transactions. I found their number and spoke with Stephen, one of the reps, and he told me that he would remove my card and cancel the subscriptions that had been opened.in the meantime, I have no access to my account because I have to wait for a new card to come in the mail.
