After reading other complaints on this site, I don't feel so bad! I placed a large order in October, and received "most" of the order, with the rest being on back order. After over 4 weeks, they finally filled it. Then they "claimed" that they had everything in stock. I spoke to an employee twice who was very nice and helpful. I thought they had resolved their inventory issues. So I placed another order. I received half of that order. I never received the rest of it, leaving me with a loss of $38.00. I really felt like they were trying, and maybe were so bombarded with orders and just could not keep up with demand. But I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Eventually, when their website was "closed down" I just said "forget it". And unfortunately, it looks like this same thing happened to many others... I will only order directly through E-Bay now, as your purchases are protected.
