Ordered 9 100' hanks of parcord and 2 packages of plastic buckles; did not receive my order or any portion of it by the 6 weeks stated on auto response e-mail.instead received e-mail on 12/11 stating they had just received a partial shipment of paracord and could e-mail substitutions or send e-mail to their "refund" e-mail address. Requested refund on 12/11 and have never heard from them again. Checked my order status on their sight last night, I have no order history. Good thing I printed out my order summary so I do have verification of the order. They charged my card immediately and seem to think they don't need to fulfill the order or refund the money... Nothing but thieves as far as I'm concerned! They need to face legal action!!!
