July 7 Rec'd a call about awarding Senior Grants to Seniors. I was recovering from stroke and not employed anymore and needed help. Was told they had never been turned down and would take about a month. I told them to call back, I would have to think about it. They called several times but never said how much it would cost. I finally took a chance and that is when they said $l500.00 and took it from my credit card.'Philip' said he would see that my card was paid if it took a little longer. Mason Trevino called me every week until about 9/26. I sent all the info he requested then suddenly he stopped calling. I was told he was promoted and someone (Lopez) would call but I haven't heard from anyone. I'm out $l500.00 and still unemployed but there are too many younger people unemployed and I'll probably never work. To me this is a shame but it seems anything from Calif. Is a scam.
