I ordered the promo kit from Vitaderm and Aqualift in Jan. 2012. I recieved three items in a bubble wrapped envelope with no invoice, no product brouchure, NO PAPER AT ALL. I was allergic to the items and wished to cancel the account. However, with no information on how to reach them, I wasn't able to contact them. I was able to get the information from my February bank statement and called and canceled. They had already taken $79.99, $74.99, and $49.99 out of my account which they refused to return, even though I explained I would have canceled during the trial period if they had sent me anything with a telephone number or email address.
