On 19th January two phials of teeth whitening gel arrived, together with an order confirmation and a page of terms and conditions. There was no product return form enclosed. Despite repeated attempts to call the company, I've been unable to contact them in order to return the unused gel within my 30 day trial period. I am concerned, having read the many complaints about this company, that they will take another £99.95 from my credit card. I have emailed Vanessa at two email addresses and am awaiting a response...
