On 23rd November, I paid £4.95 to cover post and packaging for a "free" trial teeth whitening product supplied by Britensure. I returned the product unopened with Post Office tracking number, cancellation form and a Customer Return Number, which I waited for 20 minutes on a telephone to get the right information. On 12th December, £69.95 was taken out of my account in breach of the conditions published by the Company. I have initiated an investigation through Trading Standard Authorities and made further contact with the Company.
