I was interested in the African Mango but after filling my details online except for the credit card, I hesitated and click cancelled. A few days later I got a phone call from this company BioSlim and asked me to take the trial offer. I thought that only for $4.95 as the shipping cost, it's fine. The telemarketer rang me 3 times that evening after the phone was cut off. I asked when will I received the product and was told that about a week time. He even asked me to call them for a feed back. If I like it, there'll be auto charges to my credit card and I can cancel it for whatever reason. I was told that I will get the information through email. I received no email whatsoever from this company. My credit card has already been charged on Jan 24, but until now (three weeks later), it didn't arrive. I rang the company on the australian landline no. I was told that it's still in transit from the US but the trial period has expired and they charge me $84.90 for the product on Feb 8. I was furious because how could this company put the advertisement about giving a trial period but already charge the full amount before you receive the product. They can't even tell me for sure when I'll receive the product.
