Late February the wireless internet in my apartment would not allow me to connect to any websites. My roommates had the same problem as well. After waiting weeks for them to send a service worker over, he determined it was the update they did to their routers and forgot to mention they changed our password. After they genius' behind the scenes worked their highly intellectual magic on our network, we were now able to connect to the router, but still not the internet. After more weeks of shenanigans and failed attempts to fix our problem, TWC decided to just say it was our fault, or our own personal computer issues. This was laughable both before and after I used my computer (with its issues) to connect to my neighbors internet (also TWC) perfectly fine. With it now finally confirmed that it was clearly something with our connection or router, I thought we could be on our way to a solution. Sadly though I forgot to mention I am a college student who depends greatly on his internet connection to turn in assignments for my classes on time. Oh, and by the time TWC was going to come out to fix the problem, the semester was over and I had moved out, and wasted about $40 a month paying for a service that worked roughly 15% of the semester. Thank you so much for the quality of product you try to pass off to the public as both a great deal and dependable. If FiOS was available the SUNY New Paltz area I would not even consider to think twice about giving TWC another chance and not switching to a superior company like Verizon.
P.S. Also make your cable boxes work without lagging and freezing every time you try to turn the channel.
P.S.S. Any customer service worker that has come to help in person has been very friendly and seemed concerned with my issue as if it was their own. On the other hand, every member of upper management that I have spoken to on the phone has been dim-witted and incapable of problem solving so much so that they could not solve a simple internet connection problem within a router in a 4 month time span. Step your game up Time-Warner.
