Decided to discontinue service with Comcast internet in Jan. Called Comcast about this in Jan. Customer service stated ever thing was ok
service would be discontinued on Jan. 30 2012. They had my banking information on file, so they ran a draft thru on 2 06 2012. Called to find out why this happened and their explanation was Cancellation has to to be done 9 days after notification which gave them the right to to draft for a whole month. I was told I would get a refund check in 6 to 8 weeks. Why can"t they put back the the money they took it out? Watch out for this Company!!!
