Saw advert on face book mum recomended moisturizer cream and serum type in a word code and get it for £2 something each normal prise £5 something so i put in code and adress and my email pluss bank account i recived a conformation email saying cream to be sent i recived creams but sticky and not nice just in a cardboard box no individual boxes then on the 1st feb they took £74.99 and £79.99 as a reacuring visa i have not recived any more product the first thing i did was close bank account compleatley as visa did a visa disbute form through bank but said they possibly would pay out again so account now compleatley closed which was a nightmair as our main account. I then rang police and got a ref no they told me to inform trading standards who advised that as no papperwork in parcell letting me know about cancelling or returns policy that i was to write to company stating this and inform them that i want my money returned and i have a statuary three mounths as they were in breach of contract by law. I was unshure of using the word contract as i am 100percent shure i saw no small print or contract just click to confirm order but trading standards insisted it was the right wording i have hardley slept for worriying as i have a long term illness and we r on a low budget and struggle i feel so guilty that i have lost my family this money i guess the worst case is the company take me to court CAN YOU HELP
