Since August27, Select Portfolio has been charging me for a mortage that was paid. I discovered last March '11, that according to the Lenoir County Register Of Deeds, the mortage is cancelled and satisfied.
I inherited the property located at (Personal Info Removed). It belonged to my father McKinley Coward, who died in 2000. I have paid it since his death.
The loan number on the Certificate Of Satisfaction is, 9331001518.
The certificate was signed by a Juanita Jennatta who was the vice president of Wachovia B ank, of Delaware.
