Select Portfolio Servicing
Not Without Means or Determination

Consumers,

I am down with this post as far as a class action lawsuit. Altho I have not experienced a foreclosure action from Select Portfolio Servicing, nor is one imminent. My morgtage loan was bought from First Franklin by this company in October. We have never sent a payment to Select Portfolio Servicing that exceeded the 'grace period' written into our original agreement with First Franklin. That said, we are harrassed at work, at home and in business meetings by these people if they dont have our mortgage payment on the 3rd day of the month. Thats bad enough, but when you answer their call, they tell you "this call is being recorded and anything you say will be used to collect this debt"."Debt", since when is a mortgage payment a "debt". We did not apply and get a Mortage thru First Franklin to have our mortage turned over to a 'Payday loan company'.
I will contribute all I can to a class action lawsuit against this despicable company. I would also consider legal action against First Franklin that sold my loan to this company.
Your response will get my email. We (my wife and I) are ready to rumble against this company.
We have the means, and the determination, join us.
