Goods arrived on Feb 7th via EMS and I signed for the parcel. Tracking number EE762239758CN.
On closer inspection, the waybill says sender company is Shanghaifenggangshiye. No address, but phone number is 021-64214361. Customer code is 31010310002611. Description of contents is "shoes" and "clothes". Package contained shrinkwrapped Rosetta Stone - German Level 1,2, 3,4, 5 software but when opened the goods appeared to be second hand and there was no licence key included, so the software is completely unusable. There is no return address for me to return the package and request refund. No return address info on www.rosettastonesaustralia.com or www.newshoppingtoworld.com either.
