I purchase what I thought was an older version of Rosetta Stone German vol. 3 levels 1-5 (Personal version.) What I received was a phony copy that did not come with a license # to register it properly, nor would install correctly. When I contacted them to return it last week, they have been giving me the run around, and will not provide a return address. They also claim that "due to pricey handling fees, and misc. Fees... They will only refund a small portion back???" Very frustrated!
