I ordered a leather Jacket from Leather Cult paid for it by Mastercard, The jacket arrived four weeks later but it was too small. I ordered a size 46 inch chest and received a 40 inch chest jacket. Since then I have emailed them at least 50 times and sent photo's of the Jacket which they receieved showing that it is 40' chest.
They refuse to replace it and will not allow me to post it back, now they simply do not respond to my emails.
