I recently purchased a North Face Steep Tech Jacket from the website. The company sent me a completely different order than what I paid for. I paid for a GRAY northface steep tech and a size SMALL in womens, but I received a size MEDIUM and BLACK northface steep tech in womens.in addition the North Face jacket is not even real because of the stitching on the jacket, missing certain labels, and it did not come with an invoice in the box. And when i asked to exchange my order, the company said they were all out of steep tech jackets.
