Signed up for free trial, no terms and conditions displayed, my account was debited with £74.99 and £79.99 and I received full size products - no samples. I returned the products within the 16 day period, phoned the company to cancel twice and had the phone put down on me, emailed them to cancel, wrote to cancel and contacted the fraud department of my bank, copying them in on the correspondence to these two scam companies. Still they are taking money from my account. They should be bombed out of existence for causing so much distress.
