I ordered the samples and got an email on the 1st feb confirming this, i have since recieved an email after complaining direct to them, what they say are a follows:
Please allow us to explain how our program works.By placing your order for one of our products you accepted the terms and conditions of our free-trial offer.
You subscribed to a 30-day supply of each product ordered for which you had a free-trial period that began at the time of your order. You had until the end of the trial, which differs for each product, to cancel your subscription. You would have only then been responsible for the shipping costs.
Not cancelling your subscription within the allocated free-trial period resulted in the billing of the full amount of Perfect Radiance and RevitaDerm.
