At the start of Nov '11 I ordered samples of Perfect Radiance and Revitaderm. I received full size items and the company had debited $157.66 from my account. I received an email saying I had signed up for a monthly subscription... I had not done any such thing. Immediately I emailed both customer support addresses and demanded they cancel this and forward me a confirmation email. I sent 6 emails and attempted to telephone the company over a 2 wk period... No reply. On 10th Dec, after my many requests to cancel the subscription that they signed me up for, the company direct debited another 2 amounts totalling $153.93. I have had to cancel my visa debit card to try to stop this company thieving money from my account.
