Ordered Touched By An Angel and Hogans Heroes on Dec. 9. I received an email stating that the order was shipped on Dec. 13 and should only take 1-3 weeks for delivery. Did not receive items and contacted Support on Jan. 12 and they stated that it just cleared customs and I should have it in a few days. Two weeks later, no package, contacted them again and they say that it probably got lost in shipping and a replacement order would be shipped. Three weeks later and still no package, and no website either.
