I agreed to a free trial of African Mango on 3rd December. I was to pay the postage of $4.85. To the best of my knowledge I did not enter into any contract with this company. Since then I have been charged for three further amounts. 21st Dec. $96.33,5th Jan. $97.17 and 3rd Feb.$97.28. I received the initial trial and since then I have not received any further product.
My bank refuses to block the payments until I can prove I have written a letter to the company and told them to cancel the order. When I finally managed to find out a contact phone number, the operator refused to give me a mailing address.
If anyone knows the correct proceedure to try and retrieve this fraudulent withdrawal of my money I should like to hear from them.
