In October I ordered a trial of African Mango fom advancedafricanmango.com and was charged $AU5.03 for the trial. I never received the product. I have attempted, many times, to call the company on the numbers they provided (61-29-1919778 and to cancel 0011-1-888-7064464) and they do not connect to anywhere. There was nothing on the website to indicate that it would be a continuing order. A 17 day trial period was indicated so that one could cancel, however that number does not connect either. How can one trial a product that has not been received?
The reason I chose the trial from this particular company is because they are using Dr OZ as a figurehead, which led me to believe that the company was endorsed by him.
Today a further $AU86.68 has been charged for the same product and I have had to cancel my card. I have also reported it the fraud squad connected to my financial institution.
