The computer crashed after less then a week after purchase. Brand new and will not even boot. Called customer support and they said they would send a tech to repair it. Called me a day a later and said the tech could not fix it onsite because he did not have the parts delivered to repair it. Now I have to wait another 10 BUSINESS days to get my computer fixed, because I have to send it to some repair shop. Should have invested that $500 in the stock market instead and saved up for a mac. I will NEVER buy a Sony product again.
