Sony sold me a Sony laptop in July of 08. Two months later it had completley crashed. I called Sony Repair about the issue, only to be told that it is "normal" for this to happen and that They will repair it, if I pay for it. Although it was still under warrenty and I still had my recpte. I lost $800 for a worthless laptop, and learned the hard way. DO NOT BUY " ANYTHING " MADE BY SONY! Not to mention that the keyboardwas falling apart the first day.
