Sony Vaio Customer Support SUCKS! I have been calliing Sony for a replacement AC adaptor for 2 weeks now and we've even gotten hanged up on once by a tech support person. They say that they don't have a tracking number for our package even though it was shipped UPS and now they are saying it hasn't even been shipped out yet! WOW, what different stories I have been getting! PLEASE don't buy a sony product ever again! It's not worth the hassel and now for a month I haven't had a working laptop!
