I ordered a pair of shoes from this website at the end of December and paid by debit card. I received email confirmation that my order had been placed and that they would be shipped soon. I didn't hear anything else for a week so I started emailing. I didn't get ANY responses. A week later, I received 2 pairs of shoes that I didn't order. One of the pairs was at least the same TYPE of shoes that I ordered, but the wrong size. And the other pair I've never even seen before. I obviously received someone else's order. I've emailed almost every day since I received them and received NO response. Even worse, I already had a similar experience with cheapclbootsuk.com. (It was so stupid of me to order from another website that is obviously affiliated with the one I had already had trouble with, but these shoes are for my wedding, so I'm desperate!) So now I'm out $152.50 from cheapclbootsuk.com (see my post here — gt;http://usacomplaints.com/report/view/70749/Fashionstore-Special-Collection—cheapclbootsuk.com—False-Advertising-for-152.00-on-12-30) and another $156 from cheapclshoes.com.
Also on a sidenote, the advertised price was $156, but my card was charged for $160.
