I ordered hair feathers and synthetic hair feathers from this company. I asked their "associate" while still online, before I ordered how long it would take for shipping. I was told 7-10 days. I went ahead and placed my order. On 10/4 I received an email that informed me the items had been well packed and where ready to be shippewd to my address. I received the package 18 days later. The festival I had intended to use the products at was OVER. I inquired about returning the products. After numerous emails over the next 6 weeks they finally agreed to send my entire refund. I spent $41.00 to send the product back to them and they received it in November. I am still waiting for my refund: (
