I ordered a Boychuk Boston Bruins jersey before Christmas 2011. I never recieved an order confirmation which scared me. So I emailed them to make sure the order went through. They said they had my order and it is being processed. I had to order a custom made one because they didn't have the one I wanted in stock. Because the jersey was custom they said it would take 15 business days. Took over a month. Then when I finally recieved the jersey, the company miss printed the jersey. They put a C on the jersey, Boychuk is not the captain. So i emailed them figuring not a big deal they would fix this not problem. Nope. The best they offered me was to take the jersey to a tailors and I would get $10 off my next order. I told them I am not happy with their idea of a solution and that I want my money back or a new jersey. I haven't heard back, it has been a week now.
