My granddaughter, B*, used my credit card to order these boots online, thinking she was saving money. This group shipped counterfeit boots to us although their website has the appearance of the genuine Australian bootmaker.
I have attempted to contact them on several occasions (via email) and received no response. The website, http://cheapuggsonline.info / lists no telephone number or address to contact them directly, only the email address I have been using to contact them. I notified the persons at the email address and at their customer service line and have received no response.
I have pictures of the product, the shipping box and the receipt that show no return address. I have a verification from a third party that these boots are not as advertised. They are not real leather. The stitching is wrong. The color is wrong. The buttons are cheap plastic. The fur is not real fur. Their advertisement reads that the boots have wood buttons, genuine fur, etc.
I called my credit card company for help in disputing this. They looked up who was paid for the “UGGS” and provided the following information:
