They promised unlimeted monthly calls from my inmate, however after the activation i still don't get unlimeted calls instead i still pay the regular rate of 25.00 per 15 min of call time and when i try to contact the jail call solutions web site or phone nummbers listed i get no answer or get a machine, no one will return my emails eithier. So big scam. They need to be reported to better buisness bearue..
