Sent for trial advertised on the web and it was advertised as a way to gain a trial for £2.99 and how they had saved on cosmetic purchases no other money was announced, i have never sent for a sample before as i am not very good on the computer this money was for a deposit on a cottage for my 80 year old mothers birthday and i thought i was saving money by getting abargain off the internet. Please can anyone help me to stop them getting any more money out of my account. Please can anyone help me get this money back.
