I was in the middle of a divorce in February and called the alarm company to find out how to cancel. They said my
renewal date was 6/16/10, therefore I typed a letter and faxed it the same day 877-724-7719 giving notice to cancel
effective 6/16/10. On 1/4 I noticed they are still taking monies out of my checking account. I called them 1/9 and
they said they never received the fax! I then emailed the letter on 1/9, I called to follow up on 1/11 and they again
said they never received my email. I called today 2/6 to follow up and they again said they didn't receive my email. I
spoke to Nick and he asked me to fax to him at another number 800-356-1956 which I did today at 4:45 pm central time.
I expect to be reimbursed $48.59 x 21 months which totals $1020.39. I filed a complaint with State of Texas Attorney General and also the Better Business Bureau
