Months ago I tried to buy shoes for my vacation from calvinKlein.com. They were never able to deliver them. The first time I tried to cancel the order, they claimed they couldn't. "Just send it back." When I told them the shoes were supposed to be shipped to my vacation site and if not delivered soon, noone would be there to return them, they suddenly COULD cancel the order. FOUR times, on four phone calls, over the next month after being repeated emailed that either my order was still being processed or finally that the order was shipped (to be delivered NEXT WEEK... About 2 months after I began), they actually charged my credit card. Now is this outright business fraud or just outrageously poor management? Consumers should be aware and shop ELSEWHERE!
