On Nov 11 I moved I set up the move with Verizon before this date I was told the earliest a tech could be out was Nov 14 in the afternoon. On nov 14 I called in to Verizon and was told to just plug in my equipment, after 2hrs on the phone and explaining multiple times that no has lived her for yrs and there is no wiring to verizons box outside I was told a tech would be out Nov26 (that was the soonest time). On Nov 26 I sat at home all day waiting but no tech showed. Finally after 6pm I called verizon's 1800 number and was told that the tech was too busy to make it today and would call me shortly to set up a time for tomorrow the day before Thanksgiving. Its been 3 hrs and no phone call I also contacted Verizon through live chat and was told that dispatch was closed so they could not help me.
