While working on the computer on 1-18-12 a noticed popped up on my computer sying I had a virus and locked up the computer I was unable to continue working I could not get pass this supposed virus and it said to purchase this plan total cost of $79.90.in order to access my computer I purchased the plan. When I tried to cancel the plan it was to no avail. I still have this charge on my Credit Card which I will be disputing.
