I purchased a virus protection plan from McAfee / Software Protector on my netspend card.
After buying the software plan I assume my computer was safe
Sunday evening my computer was hit with a virus as a result my computer is presently not working.
I contacted McAfee for three days trying to get the problem resolved, they tell me they have no records of me purchasing a service from them
I contacted my credit card company & they have provided me the proof my card was charged the amount included.
On 8/25 I made 10 phone calls between McAfee & my credit card company trying to resolve my problem, but to no avail I'm still out of a computer, a software protection plan & $100.90
