I bought a 2.95 car fax report back in Novemer and they have been charging my account 29.95, at least they provided a phone number to call. Big deal no help. This month a 29.95 fee to property house value! There is no number to call and car-fax no nothing about it. I am going to have to cancel my credit card. Carafe said they would refund me 14.95 because that was there policy. I am sure I never signed up for this program, how many searches would a person need unless they were a car dealer. Big scam!!!
