Ok, I signed up for a free credit report, immediatly cancelled when I got the report as I found out they were charging over $30/month for thier "service" which is WAY to much, its not listed anywhere I could find, I had to call a members only#. I then found that my card had charges from Yoursavingsclub. I went through the roof however I found a way to cancel and get a refund from these people rather than deal with the automated system completely.
Step#1:
You call the automated system from the toll free# listed on your statement, choose the option to get your "membership #", confirm with your phone# and zip code
Step# 2: call back the same # and choose the option to cancel your membership using the "membership #"they provided in step #1 and again confirm it with your zip code and phone#.
Step# 3: Call thier parent company http://www.adaptivemarketing.com/and tell them you want a refund. Use your "membership #" from step 1. This phone number is 1-800-962-4106 - Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm EST and Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
Step#4: If they dont take it off in 48 hours call them again, then call your bank. Rinse and repeat until it comes off.
