I put in a bid for a job, they wanted $30.00 to hold in "escrow" until the job was complete. They charged my PayPal $31.04. Two days later (today 2/2) they charged another charge. I reported it to PayPal as an unauthorized charge. They wrote me a note and told me they refunded $30.00. They did not. Then they suspended my account, kept both payments, and would not answer my inquiries or speak to me at the site. I have two disputes in now at PayPal for both charges.
