I ordered an epad for my nephew (he paid for it). We received the product on January 13th. He didn't open it until January 15th. He was not satisfied with the product so I immediately packaged it back up to send back. I went online and received an approved RMA #0000002186. I put the requested information inside the box and also put the RMA # on the outside as requested. I could not send it back until January 17th due to the 16th being a holiday. I waited 2 weeks to start asking if they received the product. At first the answered me by saying that it took 2 weeks but when I told them it had be over 2 weeks, they quit answering me. My dad even called them. They said they were "behind" logging returns. As of today 2/2 I still do not have an answer. My nephew is very disappointed because we do not have his money back yet. They advertise easy returns but this has been anything but easy!
