I ordered products from this company January 6. I have a letter that I received with product stating that I had a 100% guarantee if I was not satisfied I could send them back for I full refund of my purchase price. I sent the product back on February, 8. (I do have a delivery comirmation receipt) I waited for about eight weeks and never received my money back. Call the company (1-800-398-8055) They said it was an oversite and would get it sent right out. Called them again in May said they would check into it and call back. They did not call back. Called them again on June 1, this time I ask the persons name I was speaking to (Megan) she said she would have some one call me. No one again called me back. Now I had my daughter call them (Sue Willey) 513-288-2741) I'll let her tell her part. I called on September 6 & spoke to Nickhol she said someone would call me with in 24hrs. No one called me so I called them back and spoke to Adrain on Sept. 7. He said the person that was suppose to call me back was not in today. He would have them call me on sept. 8th. We still have no money back. Thank
