I ordered the grant assistant cd for 2.97 last Dec. I received the cd and was charged for it. On 1/13 I had a charge for $57.93 from zbelly com and a $. 58 Transaction Fee as well. It cost me $5.00 card Fee to change my bank card. My Bank would not drop the 57.93. Now I am telling you in hopes to stop them and recover my money if possible.
