I ordered a CD that was free just pay shipping for $2.97.
Then the Grant Assist charged my credit card 57.97 I had call my credit card company and stoped the first payment. I wasnt informed that it was a reaccurring transaction. And that I had to call the Grant assist to stop the charges.
From 4-29 - November. I use my credit card for everything and pay in full at the end of each month. I didnt notice the charges untill November and seen the Zbelly.com charge.
I called and disputed the charge and the Zbelly.com charged my account again I call the credit card and disputed again. The credit card company sent me a letter with Zbelly.com's phone # to stop the charges. I had to call the credit card company three times to stop the charges. Zbelly.com person Jason told me it was my proplem I didnt call untill November and They were not refunding me anything.
